Our maxime is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase of our Products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, 

you can return it within a period of 30 days, from the date that you received it from KLEBER-Taschen.

To proceed with the return of the product, you must send an email to info@kleber-taschen.de for further details.

To exercise your right to return the products, you have to fulfill the following requirements:

Always, when all of these requirements have been respected, KLEBER Taschen will reimburse the total amount of the purchased articles. The original costs for the delivery of the order that you received will not be reimbursed; you will pay the costs for the return of the items. If your return cannot be accepted due to non-conformation with the conditions previously indicated, we will contact you.
